1. Eligibility: Our exchange policy applies to all products purchased directly from our online store.

2. Timeframe: You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

4. Exchange Options: We offer two exchange options:
a. Size Exchange: If you need a different size of the same product, we will gladly exchange it for you, subject to availability.
b. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for a different item of equal or lesser value, we can accommodate that as well, subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

6. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for exchange. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable. For orders placed in Governorates outside Cairo, exchanges are only done in person (Cairo) or delivered in CAIRO only.

7. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange policy criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange within a reasonable timeframe.
